Registration and attendance

Purposes

• Record your registration to the sessions and, where applicable, its approval by the organiser
• Send you messages about your attendance (confirmation, practical information, reminders)
• Issue your badge and check access to the sessions and workshops
• Give you access to your attendee area (sign-in with a code sent by e-mail)
• Produce attendance statistics for the event

Legal basis

Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

Data processed

• Identity: first name, last name, company, job title
• Contact details: e-mail address, phone
• Answers to the registration form
• Sessions and workshops chosen, attendance recorded at access control
• For speakers: photo and biography published on the website

Recipients

• The event organiser and the members of its team who need it
• The meetNwin platform (KLICAT), as processor, and its e-mail and SMS delivery providers

Retention period

1 year after the end of the event, then deletion.

Introductions to exhibitors

Purposes

• Suggest to exhibitors the visitors whose needs match their offer
• Allow meeting requests and bookings between visitors and exhibitors

Legal basis

Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Meetings between visitors and exhibitors are the very purpose of the event

Data processed

To be suggested to exhibitors: last name and first initial, company, job title, answers to the matching questions

Recipients

The event's exhibitors and their team members

Retention period

1 year after the end of the event, then deletion.

This sharing is part of the registration. If you no longer want it, you can unregister and delete your profile from your attendee area.

Marketing communications from the organiser

Purposes

Send you offers and invitations to the organiser's next events, by e-mail and, if you gave your number, by text message

Legal basis

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time. Unticked box on the registration form

Data processed

First name, last name, company, e-mail address, phone, language

Recipients

• The event organiser
• The meetNwin platform (KLICAT), as processor, and its e-mail and SMS delivery providers

Retention period

3 years after your last contact with the organiser, or until you unsubscribe.
